Liz Spahr, originally from Stillwater, MN resides in Coon Rapids with her husband, Dr. Spahr! They have two daughters (Millie and Lettie) and two dogs (Mia and Ellie).

Along with being Co-Owner of PRO Therapy, Liz utilizes her extensive Marketing background connecting with PRO’s patients via our website, email communications and social media platforms.

Her business and operations expertise are leveraged by constantly evaluating PRO’s patient experiences and offerings.

What Liz Loves Most About Minnesota – I’ve been blessed to travel all over for work, and I’ve always loved coming home to Minnesota. “Minnesota Nice” is a real thing and I love it! Plus, knowing my whole immediate family lives here is so comforting and allows for big family gatherings more often than not.
