What To Expect

Your first visit includes a 60-minute initial evaluation, followed by program recommendations and immediate treatment. During this comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluation, we identify deficits in strength, range of motion, balance, and posture. From there, we develop a personalized plan of care that includes both manual and exercise-based therapy.

My experience with Grace was wonderful. I saw her for pelvic floor therapy and some general physical therapy and hip mobility. Dr. Lily met me where I was (post a major surgery and really weak - like barely able to stand/walk) with respect and accommodation. I was always challenged but at a safe pace. It took me a few months to see it, but they were working on the long game all the time and it paid off. I'm really happy with my recovery.

*p.s. - Don't be intimidated by the super hulk weight machines. I kinda was but almost nobody uses those. They utilize all sorts of un-intimidating equipment. Also, the location seems odd at first but it turns out to be very convenient.

I'll go back if I ever need more PT. 100%
