Recover from Workouts Faster
We will work with you to optimize your recovery time between activities and post-intense activities.
Recover Post Competition, Game or Tournament
This therapy uses needles to release knotted muscles or trigger points. Sometimes accompanied by electrical stimulation, using carefully controlled electrical pulses to ease muscle tension and dial down pain.

What To Expect
During your Recovery & Mobility sessions, you can expect both active recovery as well as manual therapy. Techniques such as Dry Needling, Graston Technique, Cupping, Kinesiotaping, Blood Flow Restriction can be used.
Your journey begins with a comprehensive 60-minute assessment aimed at understanding your goals, any restrictions, your lifestyle and personal timelines.
