Partnering with our physical therapists and their expert guidance of proper stretches, movements, correct form and technique can help minimize injury. Recover from Workouts Faster
We will work with you to optimize your recovery time between activities and post-intense activities.

Recover Post Competition, Game or Tournament
This therapy uses needles to release knotted muscles or trigger points. Sometimes accompanied by electrical stimulation, using carefully controlled electrical pulses to ease muscle tension and dial down pain.

Promote Mobility and Range of Motion
Guiding you with the right exercises and stretches, allowing you the ability to move freely. By focusing on reducing muscle tension and maintaining healthy joints, you’re able to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

What To Expect

During your Recovery & Mobility sessions, you can expect both active recovery as well as manual therapy. Techniques such as Dry Needling, Graston Technique, Cupping, Kinesiotaping, Blood Flow Restriction can be used.

Your journey begins with a comprehensive 60-minute assessment aimed at understanding your goals, any restrictions, your lifestyle and personal timelines.

Highly recommend Lily Anderson! I'm a runner and I've done *a lot* of physical therapy at a lot of different practices. PRO Therapy stands apart because of how easy it is to schedule appointments compared to larger health systems. Lily is also always accessible by email and, unlike PTs I've had at larger health systems, always responded to my emails promptly and with substantive advice. I appreciate Lily's strength focused approach and targeted use of manual therapies, and how she made sure to inquire about adequate fueling and other injury risk factors. While I hope I won't be back soon, as a runner I know I'll need PT help again at some point. When I do, I won't hesitate to go back to Lily at PRO Therapy.
