This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely finds satisfaction in helping others succeed. Every task you complete, from preparing treatment rooms to welcoming a new patient, plays an important role in helping our clinicians deliver outstanding care.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Notice the little details others overlook.
  • Take pride in keeping spaces organized and inviting.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Like staying active throughout the day.
  • Believe no task is beneath you because every task contributes to the patient’s experience.
If you’re considering a future career in healthcare, physical therapy, medicine, athletic training, nursing, or another health profession, this is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful impact every day.

The Opportunity

As a Physical Therapy Aide at PRO Therapy, you’ll help create an environment that allows our therapists to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

You’ll support both our clinical providers and front-of-house team while ensuring every patient experiences a clean, organized, welcoming, and efficient clinic from arrival through discharge.

Every day looks a little different, but your work will directly contribute to the success of our patients, providers, and team. Responsibilities May Include

Patient Experience

  • Welcome and assist patients as needed throughout their visit.
  • Help create a positive, friendly, and professional clinic atmosphere.
  • Prepare treatment rooms between patients.
  • Maintain clean, organized treatment spaces.
  • Assist with patient flow throughout the clinic.

Clinical Support

  • Prepare equipment before treatments.
  • Clean and sanitize treatment tables, exercise equipment, and common areas.
  • Restock treatment supplies.
  • Fold and organize laundry.
  • Maintain an organized rehabilitation gym.
  • Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks between patient visits.

Front Office Support

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Schedule patient appointments.
  • Assist with new patient registration and intake paperwork.
  • Verify patient information.
  • Help maintain an organized front desk.
  • Support administrative projects as needed.

Every responsibility contributes to one shared goal: creating an exceptional experience for every patient, every visit.

  • Communicate effectively with providers and front office staff.
  • Stay organized while managing multiple priorities.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Take ownership of the clinic environment.
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and kindness.

Dr. Grace is absolutely amazing! She listened to all my issues and was great about giving feedback pertaining to my individual needs. Everything was at my pace, from my preferred method of receiving materials to how many appointments I needed. I would highly, highly recommend her and PRO Therapy to anyone!

Great people, a welcoming facility, and reasonable prices. Dr. Lily was amazing and helped me manage my back pain just before a road trip, so I was able to enjoy all the hiking and camping. PRO Tip: I paid out of pocket instead of using my insurance, and it was well worth it.

This was my first time doing PT and I had a wonderful experience. I went from not being able to walk at all from my right foot to having full mobility and extension and it's as if I never lost function in my right foot. I would like to thank the PT grace for my full recovery and if you can, you should pick her because she did incredible work and it really did not take long. I highly recommend this place because they'll get in and out of the door with your happiness and mobility back.
