The Opportunity
As a Physical Therapist at PRO Therapy, your responsibility is simple:
Deliver an exceptional patient experience while helping people confidently return to the activities they love. Every patient receives individualized, evidence-based care built around their goals, not a standardized protocol.
You’ll primarily treat orthopedic conditions including:
- Acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain
- Sports injuries
- Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation
- Work-related injuries
- Motor vehicle accident recovery
- Balance and mobility concerns
- Injury prevention
- Return-to-sport
- Performance optimization

Qualifications
Required
- Current Physical Therapist license in Minnesota.
- Strong orthopedic clinical reasoning and treatment skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based care and lifelong learning.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Commitment to PRO Therapy’s mission, vision, and core values.
Preferred
- Experience treating orthopedic and sports medicine populations.
- Dry needling certification or interest in advanced manual therapy techniques is a plus.
