I've been struggling with hip/back pain for many years. I've been to other, larger places and just got a print out of generic exercises I've already been doing (bridges, stretches, etc). I decided to try out PRO Therapy and Dr. Grace because she has a background in pelvic floor health as well. It has been a wonderful experience! Everyone has been very helpful and most importantly, I feel like I have a library of specific, tailored mobility and strengthening exercises whenever I feel like my pain is coming back. I highly recommend - you will get a much more personalized experience here. I definitely feel like a person at PRO Therapy and not like just another patient to get in and out quickly.

Great people, a welcoming facility, and reasonable prices. Dr. Lily was amazing and helped me manage my back pain just before a road trip, so I was able to enjoy all the hiking and camping. PRO Tip: I paid out of pocket instead of using my insurance, and it was well worth it.

This was my first time doing PT and I had a wonderful experience. I went from not being able to walk at all from my right foot to having full mobility and extension and it's as if I never lost function in my right foot. I would like to thank the PT grace for my full recovery and if you can, you should pick her because she did incredible work and it really did not take long. I highly recommend this place because they'll get in and out of the door with your happiness and mobility back.
